STARTING OFF
At the beginning of the project, you will be required to complete a design questionnaire to establish your exact need and get a good feel of your requirements.
BACKEND
I will do the initial setup of WordPress or Shopify and install all required plug-ins and themes.
COPY & IMAGES
All copy, content and images are required before the development process starts. We are available for advice on this.
E-COMMERCE
All e-commerce sites come with full set-up and uploading of first 10 products. Included at the end is a user manual on how to do the rest. *
WEBSITE PAGES
The quote given at the beginning of the project will state the exact pages included. For additional pages please make sure to mention this beforehand.
COMING SOON
Your current website will remain active until we are able to launch your new website. A coming soon page will be implemented where needed
FEATURES
Your website will include features such as blogging ability, social sharing and comments.
LAUNCH TIME
Included in your package will be some launch graphics to use on social media to promote your new website!
APPROVAL
The first approval process will be done via 3 Static Mockups of the web pages. Thereafter changes can be requested.
The second approval process is via an online demo. Whereafter final changes will be implemented.
SUPPORT
As mentioned, at your website handover, you will also get a manual explaining step by step how your website backend works. Plus you have 1 week of free support on your website.
E-COMMERCE
Be sure to mention that you would like to add a e-commerce shop to your site as this will be quoted for additionally.
MAINTENANCE
To ensure your website runs smoothly I highly recommend this add-on to your package. This will include all WordPress updates (Theme and plugins) , error checking, malware scanning and optimisation of your site.
